Join us for an insightful afternoon with Mark MacKinnon, Senior International Correspondent from The Globe and Mail. Our moderators will dive into Mark’s field reporting on Ukraine, including the Russian invasion and the story of Ukrainian soldiers in their rescue missions in Afghanistan. Mark MacKinnon is a Senior International Correspondent for the Globe and Mail. He has been covering international affairs and Canada’s role in the world since the September 11, 2001 attacks. Since then, he has reported on elections and wars, revolutions and refugee crises in all corners of the world. One of Canada’s most decorated foreign correspondents, Mark was nominated for his eighth award in 2023 for his coverage of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. He now divides his time between London and Kyiv.
